What is a stack?
A stack is a set of our products sold together, each one adding to the last: Beginner (a daily multivitamin, omega-3 fish oil and creatine), Advanced (Beginner plus whey protein isolate and a caffeine & L-theanine pre-workout) and Full Package (Advanced plus a BCAA & L-glutamine drink mix). Every product in a stack is 10% off its own price when you buy the stack once, or 15% off monthly; you choose the flavors on the stack’s page. Stack pricing can’t be combined with a promo code. A monthly stack renews every month until you cancel it from your account. There is no skip or pause option; to change its products or flavors, cancel and start a new one.
How do subscriptions work?
Choose "Subscribe & Save" on any product to save 10% and have it renew and ship every month, or choose a monthly stack for 15% off each product in it. You can cancel any time from your account — no fees — and it stops before your next renewal.
What are dissolvable strips?
Strips are thin, fast-dissolving films you place on your tongue — no water, no swallowing a capsule, easy to keep in a bag or a desk drawer. Each strip carries a measured amount of the active ingredient, listed on the label like any other format. We carry strips for several goals, including energy, focus, and hair, skin and nails.
How does shipping work?
Every order is packed and shipped by our U.S. fulfillment partner, and our shipping page has the full details. You can check the status of any order any time at betterlynutrition.com/track using your order reference and the email you ordered with — no account needed.
What is your return policy?
We guarantee your order arrives right. If a product shows up damaged or defective, if the wrong item arrives, or if the parcel never arrives at all, tell us within 30 days (of delivery — or of the expected delivery date USPS tracking showed if it never came) and we will refund or replace it, your choice. You keep whatever arrived; we never ask you to ship anything back. Because supplements are consumables we cannot restock, we are not able to offer refunds for a change of mind — please check the amounts per serving and the directions on the product page before ordering.
